Post Harvest Operator.

A Purpose of the role

As a Post Harvest Operator you are responsible for the daily processing of the harvested crop — including bucking, trimming, scanning and packaging — within a legal and regulated cultivation environment. You work closely with the Post Harvest team and the Post Harvest Managers to safeguard consistent product quality, efficiency and compliance with laws and regulations.

B Duties and responsibilities

1. 01 Bucking, trimming, scanning and packaging the harvested product.
2. 02 Monitoring product quality throughout the post-harvest process.
3. 03 Spotting and reporting quality issues, damage and other deviations.
4. 04 Assisting with drying, curing and other processing activities.
5. 05 Overseeing compliance with quality, safety and hygiene protocols.
6. 06 Contributing ideas for process improvements and the optimisation of post-harvest results.

• Working in a controlled processing environment with specific hygiene requirements.
• Regular repetitive handwork and physical activity, such as sitting or standing for extended periods while trimming and packaging.
• Workplace: on site, at our facility in Nieuw Beerta.

• €2,781 gross per month on a 40-hour basis.
• 8% holiday allowance.
