Medior Grower.

A Purpose of the role

As a Medior Grower you are responsible for the daily care, monitoring and optimisation of the crops within a legal and regulated cultivation environment. You work closely with the Head Grower and the cultivation team to safeguard consistent product quality, yield and compliance with laws and regulations.

B Duties and responsibilities

1. 01 Carrying out daily crop care, including watering, feeding, pruning, topping and harvesting.
2. 02 Monitoring plant health, growth development and crop quality.
3. 03 Spotting and reporting diseases, pests, deficiencies and other deviations.
4. 04 Assisting in drawing up and carrying out cultivation plans.
5. 05 Overseeing compliance with quality, safety and hygiene protocols.
6. 06 Guiding and supporting junior growers and production staff.
7. 07 Contributing to process improvements and the optimisation of cultivation results.
8. 08 Supporting harvesting, drying and processing activities.

E Working conditions

• Working in a controlled cultivation environment with specific climate conditions.
• Regular standing work and physical tasks such as lifting, pruning and harvesting.
• Workplace: on site, at our facility in Nieuw Beerta.

F What we offer

• €2,781 gross per month on a 40-hour basis.
• 8% holiday allowance.
• Fixed-term contract.
• We arrange the VOG application for you.
